Phase I Report - Preparation of desktop study report including information collated from environmental database search, geological mapping, coal mining authority, site walkover etc followed by submission of proposals for site investigation to the local authority environmental department, prior to investigations proceeding.

Phase II Report - Utilising the services of local contractors with whom we have a long standing relationship, organize intrusive site investigation, recovery of soil samples, installation of gas wells and subsequent gas monitoring. Schedule chemical testing required on samples recovered. Preparation of site investigation report including proposals for substructure design and contamination remediation strategy if required

Remediation Report - Completion of a remediation report to provide verification that the remediation has been carried out in accordance with the agreed strategy, including appropriate records provided from site (photographs, waste transfer slips, testing results for any imported material) and additional contamination testing as required.
