The Practice offers Engineering Consultancy in connection with environmental problems. This is becoming particularly important in view of the COSHH Regulations 1988, the EC Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, the health and Safety at Work Act, and the proliferation of information and requirements relating to the control of landfill gasses.

Such consultancy can extend from detailed investigation of sites known to be hazardous to reassurance to Clients and Local Authorities on sites thought to be hazardous but upon which there are very small real problems.

The practice can undertake Desktop Studies of sites and in conjunction with Site Investigation Contractors organise detailed site investigations. In appropriate cases the assistance of a specialist environmental consultancy may be recommended.
